Uninstall the installed drivers and reinstall the drivers by using the windows update.
卸载已经安装的驱动，然后用微软自己的windows update重新安装这些相关驱动
Once applied, please for the instruction below to apply the registry fix.
以上操作完成后，参照下述步骤进行修复。

The problem can be solved by editing registry.
可以通过修改注册表解决该问题
1. Type "Regedit" in cmd
运行regedit打开注册表
2.  Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CurrentControlSet -> Control -> Class, search "WAN miniport".
根据所列的路径找到相应的选项 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CurrentControlSet -> Control -> Class
搜索并找到"WAN miniport"项
3. Find all "WAN miniport (Network monitor)", change the Characteristics DWORD from "29" to "9".
利用搜索找到注册表内所有的“WAN miniport (Network monitor)"”项，将DWORD值从29改为9

4. After DWORD changed, please un-install WAN miniport (Network monitor) under device manager
当完成对于DWORD值的更改后，请在设备管理器中卸载WAN miniport (Network monitor)
